The Restaurant offers a genuine Italian cuisine which is very appreciated by Vatican Clergy. You can taste traditional Roman cooking, including lamb, beef shanks and saltimbocca, or special fettucine with truffles and Danish Crown meat. You can sate you desires with pizza, homemade pasta, grilled meat and fish, delicious homemade desserts… Every day, there’s a list of the Chef’s suggestions. Ingredients are all fresh and healthy.
